Sales last only a few days and are limited in stock, once we are sold out of an item or if the time is up, the sale is closed and gone for good.

Q: How long do these private sales events last?

Sales start at mid day and each sales event lasts around 5-30 days. You can see how much time a sale has left by checking the countdown timer at the top right corner of each page. Once the time is up or all items are sold, the sale is closed and gone for good – so make sure you act fast!

Q: Can I visit the PrivateSales store? Do you have a shop in Hong Kong or elsewhere?

As part of our promise to keep prices low, we do not have a physical retail shop. All of our sales events are hosted online to ensure all our members can access the great deals. Come drop by anytime and see the latest items now on sale!

Q: I wanted an item on your site, but it is now sold out. Can I place a backorder?

Unfortunately, once an item is sold out, we do not have any more of it – our Brand Partners often have limited stock at the end of a season. However, sometimes we do receive extra stock and some items become available again. If you like, you may get on our waitlist and we will contact you if this happens. Please note there are no guarantees, so the best way is always to act fast while the items last!

Q: Why are prices so low?

We work with a large number of Brand Partners to bring our members the best prices possible. All items are 100% genuine and brand new. As many of our featured items are overrun or last season’s stock, we are able to secure large discounts for our members exclusively.

Q: Can you guarantee all goods are authentic and new?

Every item sold on is guaranteed to be 100% Authentic and brand-new genuine product. We work directly with the brands featured to ensure this, and we only sell authentic items.


Q: How can I share with my friends?

To send a free membership invitation to a friend, simply log on to your account and go to the ‘Invite a Friend’ section. As a thank you, we will credit HK$100 to your account when your friend makes their first purchase.
Each member is entitled to a limited number of invitations only, so use them wisely!

Q: How do I know if my friends have made their first purchase?

We’ll send you an email if your friend makes a first purchase, and you will see your HK$100 store credit added to your account the next time you log on to

Q: How do I receive my store credit?

Store credit is automatically added to your account when your friend makes their first purchase. You can see it near the top right hand side of the page when you log in on


Q: I just placed an order and need to change it. How can I do this?

Once an order is placed, we work very quickly to ship the order to your specified destination. Because of this, it is not possible for us to change an order once it is placed into our system, and it is also not possible for us to change the shipping address so please check over your order, delivery and payment details before you check out.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

We aim to get our members’ orders to them as quickly as possible. Therefore, once we receive the order, it will be packed and sent out right away and cannot be cancelled.

Q: What do the strikethrough prices mean?

Each item on has two prices: the original RRP (Recommended Retail Price) with a strikethrough, and the discounted price (our exclusive price for members only.) The RRP is the price the brand sets for each piece of item, it is also the price you see in at department stores or boutiques during regular season. We list out the RRP for members as a point of reference to help them evaluate the value of each item when shopping on our site.


Q: How can I pay on

We currently accept all major credit cards and payment by PayPal. In Hong Kong and Macau, we also have a Cash On Delivery option which cost an extra HK$50 as the courier company also charges us to collect and transfer the cash.

Q: Do I need to set up a PayPal account to purchase items?

We accept payments via PayPal and credit card. To pay by credit card, simply select the credit card option on the Checkout Page.

Q. How Can I Spend My Store Credit?

Simply select the item you like, and place it in your Shopping Bag. At the Shopping Bag page, select the drop-down box on the right-hand side of the screen. Here you will find an option to apply your HK$100 store credit to this item.

Q. Can I use multiple Store Credit rewards of HK$100 on a single item?

Each HK$100 Store Credit may only be used on one (1) separate product, and multiple Store Credits of HK$100 may not be aggregated on single items purchased. For example, HK$100 Store Credit may be applied to one (1) item, if you have HKD$200 Store Credit (2 x HK$100) this may be applied to two (2) different items, and so forth.


Q: How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all items sold at for Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. We have added other countries for which a flat rate of HK$190 per shipment has to be charged. Prices do not include local taxes that the customs of your country may apply on your order.

Q: How many days will shipping take?

7-10 working days depending on your delivery location and the time at which you place your order.

Q: When do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday. Please note shipping times may be affected by Hong Kong bank holidays and weather disruptions such as typhoon signals being hoisted.

Q: Where do you deliver to?

At the moment, we deliver to addresses within the Hong Kong SAR only. This includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories, and Outlying Islands.

Custom Duties & Taxes

Q: Are there any custom duties or taxes to pay?

As we have received many requests from clients all over the world, we have started allowing orders from outside Hong Kong and Macau. Prices charged to you are duty free prices ex-Hong Kong and DO NOT include local taxes that your country’s customs may charge you for the importation of your order.

It’s exciting to receive gifts delivered to your door, and we strive to make this experience as enjoyable as possible. To ensure this, your purchases will be carefully wrapped and protected, making sure your items arrive in perfect quality and impeccable presentation.

Returns & Exchange

Q: What is the return policy?

Our key concern is the full satisfaction of our members with quality goods at the best prices. For any incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a seven day return policy upon receipt of goods by the member, and this is subject to our following terms and conditions:
The item must be in its original purchase condition, including any original product packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manufacturer’s containers, manuals, and all accessories. All packaging must not be defaced or marked in any manner.

  • Items that are purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, there are no returns for intimates, undergarments and beauty products.
  • Items shipped with tags attached must be returned with all of those tags intact.
  • This return policy does not apply to items that have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-refundable on

All returned items will be reviewed first by and we reserve the right to perform solutions including:

  • Full replacement of the product with a new item of the same design, colour, and model; or
  • Full refund in store credit
